1. Restart Computer

2. Select the “Universal Serial Bus Controllers” (usually located at the very bottom), and double-click to see a display like the following:
Right-click on the existing list of words “Host Controller” and then select Uninstall. Do it one by one, remember that there is the word “Host Controller” alone, unless there is a problem with the other USB port (in accordance with the existing list)
Once completed restart, Windows will automatically reinstall the USB driver on the computer

If after restarting windows did not reinstall the USB driver, re-open the Device Manager, and right-click “Universal Serial Bus controllers” then click on “Scan for hardware changes”. Usually the above steps can solve the USB problem is not detected.
5. Disable Power Facilities Management of the USB Root Hub
Run > type “devmgmt.msc” and click Ok.”>Click Start> Run> type “devmgmt.msc” and click OK.
